Be Nimble will serve as the first recruitment and training partner behind the Lilly Skills First program. Together, Be Nimble and Eli Lilly share a goal of recruiting at least 50 Black and Latinx professionals in the first year of the partnership, assisting them in not only building upon their skillsets, but also securing a direct line to a high-paying, two-year career within Eli Lilly and Company.
